Top 100 law firm in London is seeking a talented Commercial Property Social Housing Associate Solicitor to work on a full-time, hybrid/agile working arrangement.
Joining the commercial property social housing team in London, the successful solicitor will advise on a wide range of social housing and commercial property matters to include joint ventures and energy efficient housing schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE to utilise their skills within a highly regarded firm. This role offers hybrid working opportunities.
Responsibilities
Handing a wide caseload of social housing/commercial property matters
Providing advice to a large number of housing associations
Acquisitions
Package deals
Development and promotion agreements
Joint ventures
Commercial leases
Refinancing
Sustainable/energy efficient schemes
The Candidate
Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE in a similar role
Technical proficiency in commercial property is essential
Previous experience within social housing would be advantageous
Strong commercial awareness
Works well within a team as well as independently
IT literate
A strong communicator both written and verbally
Has a flair for business development to include networking
Professional and personable
Able to work to tight deadlines
