Associate Solicitors – Commercial Property
Full Time, Legal Vacancy In Hertfordshire
Lexcel Accredited practice located in the heart of Hertfordshire are currently expanding their Commercial Property team and seeking TWO new members due to expansion!
Both roles are being offered on a hybrid working arrangement and will consider people who are seeking full or part time/flexible hours.
1x Commercial Property Associate 3-6 years PQE
AND
1x Senior Commercial Property Associate 7 years + PQE
These roles would involve dealing with a full range of commercial Landlord and Tenant work (including leases, agreements for leases, licences for alteration, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds) as well as commercial property purchases and sales, refinancing and property support on Company Commercial matters.
There will also be development work and site acquisitions from initial stages through to disposition with conditional contracts, option agreements, overage agreements and finance agreements.
Candidates would need to demonstrate a positive attitude to working practices (such as time recording) and be comfortable working both independently and within a team environment, as well as embracing the firms’ Client Service Pledge.
The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to be a part of a trusting team and actively promote the team and firm.
Being organised, technically proficient in email, word, excel and case management systems and having good communication and drafting skills, as well as showing attention to detail, are vital.
Candidates must be commercially minded with an ability to recognise problems and provide practical and commercial solutions.
