Case Handler – Personal Injury
Full Time Permanent
This is a prime opportunity to join a new business venture with an experienced
and passionate team, involved within the medico-legal sector. The business has
experienced incredible growth since its inception.
The team is in need of a case handler who has a keen eye for detail and who will
provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This role offers a lot of
freedom for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
 Manage your own personal injury caseload
 To recruit expert witnesses to add on to our ever-growing panel.
 To liaise with stakeholders such as solicitors and medical experts as well
as the claimants
 Apply and obtain medical records from various GP surgeries and
hospitals
 To co-ordinate and manage the booking of appointments for the
claimants
 Review and analyse medico legal reports to ensure it is CPR compliant
and fit for purpose
 Scanning, filing and post duties
 General office admin
Personal requirements:
 1-2 years’ experience in an administrator role
 Experience on the phone is essential
 Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential
 Experience in data input
 GDPR awareness and best practice
 Professional phone and email manner
 Experience with Proclaim is highly desired but not essential
