My client, a top tier firm are looking for a Senior Associate join their nationally recognised casualty insurance team based in Birmingham. The role will involve managing a varied caseload including casualty, disease, EL/PL, historic abuse, stress and RTA claims along with supporting partners with other wide ranging and complex matters.
Candidates with strong post-qualification experience of handling personal injury litigation and experience of working within a busy commercial environment will be considered.
Role:
Ensuring cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Experience of handling defender or pursuer personal injury claims.
Strong technical ability to include a thorough grasp of principles and case law and topics.
Working with our valued and long-standing clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.
Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices.
Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices.
