Full Time, Legal Vacancy In London
Our client, a Global Top 100 law firm is seeking a Chartered Trademark Attorney (3+ years PQE) to join their busy and growing IP team.
Role
The IP team supports offices in several locations across the country and works closely with colleagues in numerous offices across the USA. You will have the opportunity to be involved in UK and EUIPO matters, international trademark and design portfolio management, trademark registry disputes, corporate due diligence, the drafting of licences and commercial agreements, domain name disputes, and infringement actions. You will also work with a high profile and varied client base.
Required knowledge & skills
You will have at least 3 years post-qualification experience in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and advisory work. You will have experience with a firm with a strong IP reputation, or from a suitable in-house position drafting licenses, assignments and oppositions.
Location
The role is located in London, however candidates who would prefer to work in Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle or Southampton will also be considered.
