My client, a well-established regional firm are looking to recruit a NQ to 3-year PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Clinical Negligence team in Northampton. The team’s is highly regarded for its expertise in Clinical Negligence, representing a range of matters. You will be working with well-respected Partner giving you the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience along with the training and support as required. The Role
Advising on all legal aspects relating to claims including coverage
Manage your own caseload, while also assisting the Partners and senior team members on High Value cases.
Delivering high quality and timely output to clients, ensuring high levels of client service and alignment with agreed working practices and SLAsThe Candidate
New Qualified to 3-year PQE Solicitor/Legal Executive
Some experience dealing with clinical negligence caseload
A good working knowledge legal procedure
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and adapt plans accordingly
Good initiative and problem-solving skills
