Commercial Litigation Fee Earner
Full Time, Legal Vacancy In South Yorkshire
Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Fee Earner on behalf of our client. The firm of Solicitors is a small (but expanding) niche firm of Solicitors with a wealth of expertise in all forms of Commercial and Corporate law.
We are looking for applications from Paralegals and Fee Earners with extensive experience gained in Commercial Property Litigation and/or Commercial Litigation. Applications from more senior Fee Earners with a client following would also be considered.
You would be working on a caseload comprising amongst others:
* Site and development disputes
* Recovery of rent and service charges
* Lease renewals
* Contract and lease disputes
* Property disrepair
* Contract disputes
For this role it is essential that you have excellent client care skills, the ability to prioritise demanding workloads and a willingness to develop new business opportunities.
