Commercial Property Paralegal
Full Time, Legal Vacancy In South Yorkshire
Sue Ross Legal are working with a multi-site law firm who are looking to recruit a Paralegal into the Commercial Property team based in the Sheffield based office.
You will be responsible for handling a caseload (under supervision) of Commercial Property files including;
* Freehold
* Leasehold
* Acquisitions
* Disposals
* New leases
* Licenses
You will also draft legal documents and deal with client and third party queries.
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience working as a Commercial Property Paralegal already, have proven experience of working to targets and possess excellent client care and communication skills.
