Commercial Property Solicitor / Executive
Location – Tamworth
Salary – £30,000 – £45,000 DOE
Simpson Judge are proud to be currently recruiting for a multi Disciplinary and long standing Legal firm who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Executive or Solicitor to join an established Commercial Property team in the beautiful Tamworth area.
The role requires a minimum of 12 months experience in Commercial Property and the ability for the successful candidate to be able to run their own entry level Purchase and Sales matters with some Landlord and Tenant files being part of the caseload.
There is scope for long term development in the role with routes to team leadership, high value and complex files on offer and a certain degree of flexibility.
The ideal candidate:
* Previously worked in a commercial property department.
* Personable.
* Able to work well using own initiative
* Pro-active and driven
* Strong ICT skills
