As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
A diversified workload where one of the main goals is to support the growth and development of the firm. The commercial property department handles a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
Landlord and Tenant
Sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units
Sale and purchase of small businesses
Site assembly As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
Conduct matters on behalf of clients
Day-to-day handling of commercial property
Financial control
Participation in marketing activities
Supporting the team leader
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you must have:
NQ- 10 years PQE
Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with a wide range of clients
Excellent communication and marketing abilities, with the ability to generate contacts for the business
Good decision-making skills
A keen eye for details
Motivation to show gravitas and potential to grow further
Willingness to provide the highest level of client care
