This well established Yorkshire law firm has been trusted legal advisors across the board to a number of personal and commercial clients though out the UK for many years and prides itself on its relationships. They have an outstanding reputation, are top ranking and they really look after their staff.
Due to expansion, a role had recently become available for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis and both full and part time hours will be considered. Joining an established and highly successful team you will be handling a wide range of cases across commercial sales and purchases, landlord & tenant, agricultural property, investments and secured lending.
An interest in business development is also desirable as it's envisaged you'll be involved in generating new business for the firm as part of their long term growth plans.
Applications are invited from NQ lawyers with good commercial property experience through to more senior commercial property lawyers looking for a change of environment and more flexibility.
