Full Time, Legal Vacancy In Cheshire
My client is searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Wilmslow, Cheshire East offices.
Duties
• Working on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and acting for landlords and tenants on commercial property work.
• Supporting the Head of Department and other members of the team in relation to a ranger of larger, more complex transactions.
• Supporting initiatives launched by the practice to deliver new business across the firm, including general business development through relationships with Surveyors and other introducers of work.
• Knowledge of and involvement in local community and networking events.
• Other business development activities for the office/firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager.

• 1-5 years PQE
