Communications Expert – Maternity Cover
Outskirts of Banbury
£22 per hour (Inside IR35)
Market leading organisation based on the outskirts of Banbury, are seeking an experienced transformation and communications expert to join their team to cover for a period of maternity.
As the lead for a number of change projects, you will be responsible for:
Leading communications for multiple projects concurrently
Delivering communications within a wider business transformation programme and an environment of high change
Delivering communications through both digital and traditional distribution channels such as the intranet, internal and external social media (eg, Yammer & LinkedIn), e-newsletters, webinars etc
Following and evolving the strategic direction for how the company will engage with their people globally to enact behavioural and cultural change
Maintaining list of key stakeholders and analysing their level of engagement to produce targeted actions
Producing timely and targeted messages to stakeholder groups following change impact reviews or feedback
Assessing effectiveness of communications delivered and taking actions to improve
To be successful in your application, you will have previous transformational change communications experience including experience writing, editing and delivering communication campaigns including e-newsletters, websites, blogs, videos, social media, interviews and direct e-mails.
