As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial contracts, joint ventures, and collaborations.

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Lawyer with a strong understanding of commercial law and corporate law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior members
Proficiency in using technology to enhance performanceKey Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver strategy and annual business plans in collaboration with the Executive Partner
Manage a complex mixed caseload of client matters without supervision
Provide high-quality legal advice and proactively manage client relationships
Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve firm fee targets
Ensure efficient and timely credit management processes are adhered to
Analyse key performance indicators to enhance team performance
