Complex Claims Fee Earner
Full Time, Legal Vacancy In South Yorkshire
Sue Ross Legal are working with a Doncaster based law firm who are looking to recruit a Fee Earner into their Complex Claims team.
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of complex, claimant, multi track RTA cases from start to finish with duties including;
* Updating clients on a regular basis
* Investigating liability
* Obtaining and reviewing all evidence including medical reports and witness statements
* Instructing and liaising with Counsel
* Drafting schedules of loss, court documents etc
* Assessing quantum
This is a full time, hybrid position with time split between the Doncaster office and home working (with all equipment provided).
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience gained handling your own caseload of Multi Track RTA, EL/PL or OL files from start to finish. You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive but this is not essential.
