We're seeking a Conveyancer to join our client’s innovative team at a residential conveyancing solicitor in Liverpool. Compensation ranges from £32,000.00 to £34,000.00. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of a Conveyancer:
* Undertake all facets of the conveyancing process and oversee the delegation of tasks to Conveyancing Assistants.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding and experience in handling all aspects of the Conveyancing process.
* Collaborate closely with and operate under the guidance of a Senior Conveyancer.
* Manage residential conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, representing both individual clients and limited companies.
* Handle various transaction types including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
* Assume responsibility for approving files for exchange and completion.
* Collaborate with the Senior Conveyancer to meet annual financial targets and contribute to the supervision and development of Conveyancing Assistants within the team.
* Assume full team responsibility in the absence of the Senior Conveyancer.
* Adhere diligently and honestly to all relevant professional codes of conduct.
Compensation:
* £32,000.00 – £34,000.00
Working Hours:
* 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement:
* Four weeks of paid holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)
