A leading National law firm in Stockport is looking to add an experienced residential conveyancer to the team due to expansion. Working in a large yet supportive team the successful candidate will be responsible for a case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity and help to buy.
The firm is looking for a conveyancer (solicitor, legal executive, CLC, experienced fee earner) to join the team on a full time permanent basis. You will have at least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience and be looking for a new, challenging and rewarding role within a successful and progressive team.
