Role:
This role involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional service, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conducting all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction through to completion
– Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
– Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfers, mortgage deeds, and searches
– Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm policies
– Proactively managing timelines to meet client expectations and deadlines
Skills & Experience Required:
– A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
– A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and current property law
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in conveyancing software and case management systems
