We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team near Peterborough on a permanent basis.
key duties to include:
* Title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting.
* Ordering and checking routine property searches.
* Utilising land registry portal.
* Checking mortgage offers.
* Drafting AP1's and stamp duty returns.
* Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of one year's previous conveyancing paralegal experience.
* A team player eager to learn and develop!
* Confident managing a conveyancing caseload.
* Strong interpersonal skills and great communication.
Salary offering £22,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience.
