Conveyancing Paralegal

Full Time, Legal Vacancy In Warwickshire
We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a paralegal to join their conveyancing department on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time, Monday to Friday, in the Leamington Spa office.
Key duties to include:
* Operating correspondence in the case management system.
* Arranging client title, mortgage, and search reports.
* Drawing up and responding to transaction inquiries.
* Working with third parties to resolve purchase and sale issues.
* Executing contract trades and file preparation.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in residential/commercial conveyancing.
* Confident in file work and contract pack assessment without assistance.
* Able to assess and resolve sales enquiries.
* Attentive to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
* Confident and personable conversing with clients.
