This company is a long established and highly regarded practice with offices on the outskirts of Leicester. The company benefit from have a close knit, loyal team who work across a number of different legal areas, including: Commercial Law, Insolvency, Litigation, Disputes, Property (Commercial and Residential) and Employment Law. Through growth, they are now looking to add a Corporate Solicitor to their friendly team.
THE ROLE:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be specialising in property law, undertaking re mortgages, transfer of equities, sale & purchase transactions, including; freehold, leasehold and shared ownership, repossessions and new build.
THE PERSON:
The successful applicant will have around 5 years demonstrable experience within this sector, and be involved in Business Development. For the right individual, there will be a very well-structured route to progression with a focus on further professional development.
