Corporate Associate

Full Time, Legal Vacancy In City and County of the City of London
Our client is a Legal Top 100 firm, looking to bring in a Corporate Associate within a complex and rewarding sector with offices in Cardiff, Southampton, and London, with the role based in the London office. The ideal candidate for the Corporate Associate opportunity will have experience in corporate law, dealing within a range of corporate matters such as; share purchases, M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, shareholder and investor agreements, and fund raising. Our client is an excellent employer providing a collegiate environment with personal development at the forefront. The ideal Corporate Associate will be joining a leading Commercial and Corporate team.
Corporate Associate:
* Handling an array of clients from high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs
* Focusing on a range of areas within corporate matters including; M&A, share purchases, joint ventures, reorganisations, shareholder and investor agreements, and fund raising
* Liaising with clients in a professional manner, providing a golden standard
* Managing on caseloads
* Active involvement in business development
Corporate Associate requirements & skills:
* 4+ years PQE desired however, for the right candidate the caseload can be accommodated accordingly
* Previous experience in a corporate role
* Good understanding of corporate laws
* Solid communicational skills
* Ability to work well within a team
* Strong networking skills
* Personable and confident
* A billable client following is desirable for this role however, not essential
