As a Corporate Associate, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
– Run and support a case load of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint ventures, as well as ECM work
– Support the business development within the team
– Confidently work off own initiative and hold strong presentation and client handling skills
