LHH are partnered exclusively with a fantastic private equity business that focus on Renewable Energy.
Their long-term mission is to create utility scale renewable energy projects using multi-technologies and to take large energy intensive users off-grid. They will do this by providing a range of innovative long-term renewable energy solutions, positively improving the environment, and benefiting the local community.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Paralegal to join a fast-growing renewable energy business as they head into the next phase of growth, it is also a fantastic opportunity for career development with the capacity for a training contract!
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Supporting the teams on key projects including M&A transactions, finance transactions and information audits
Assisting with contracts review and management including terms and conditions of business and NDA's
Preparation of board minutes and board approval requests with supporting documents
Assisting with Companies House and company secretarial filings
Assisting with reviewing and appraising risks in contracts on major projectsIdeally you will be a Paralegal with a minimum of 2 year's experience and a sound knowledge of corporate/commercial law and will have:
Law degree or experience working in either a legal or compliance environment, preferably in-house. (This role would be ideal for a graduate with a few year's experience.)
Solid grounding in general commercial matters and come from a strong commercially focused firm or from in-house
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to plan and prioritise.Based in Cheltenham, with flexible hybrid working. Offering a salary up to £30k (however can be negotiated for the right candidate) plus a 20% bonus!
