A vacancy has arisen for a Court of Protection paralegal to join a very well-established practice in the North West. The salary on offer is negotiable dependent on experience.
Joining the Court of Protection team you will be part of a well-regarded department. The role will involve managing a caseload of Grade C level cases. The role will also involve assisting, when necessary, other senior members of the Team with their caseload. The candidate is expected to generate their own work and document production without support. A clean driver license is also required as the role will involve undertaking out-of-office visits.
Experience in this area is required along with experience of running own caseload.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, full service regional law firm with good prospects of career progression.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary is dependent upon experience.
