A well known regional practice is expanding its specialist court of protection team due to an increase in work and so needs to recruit a court of protection solicitor. You will be at least 1 year PQE and have been handling court of protection matters as a solicitor and/or during training contract/previous paralegal experience or as part of a wider private client case load. There is also the opportunity to progress and develop your knowledge as the department has solid plans for ongoing expansion.
