Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are working with an award-winning, long-established Law firm who are now looking for two experienced Criminal Defence Solicitors / Advocates to join their ever-expanding team in Hertfordshire.
This role is ideal for qualified Criminal Solicitors / Advocates with NQ-6 years PQE and preferably someone with Higher Rights of Audience. The successful candidate will have solid experience in a similar role and a good understanding of Private Criminal Defence matters. They will be experienced in managing a full and varied caseload to include Internet & Social Media, Road Traffic Offences, Military Law, Actual Bodily Harm, Racial Aggravation and much more.
The role involves attending Court to undertake advocacy and meticulous case preparation. You will have the ability to handle your own caseload from inception to completion with limited supervision, be able to attend Court hearings, pre-charge work and liaise with Counsel for complex trials.
