This is what you'll be doing
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be joining an ever-expanding team, supporting the Head of Contentious Probate, to provide excellent client service to their already well-established client base.
High quality work for the Contentious Probate
Hitting personal KPI's and targets
Supervise where necessary
Build client relationships
Assist in business development to generate new business
Comply with procedures and security within the firm
This is what you'll bring to the team:
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you be a qualified Solicitor with previous experience within general Dispute Resolution work or Court of Protection work.
In addition to the above you will be:
Demonstrate client care
Proven ability to manage own caseload
Prioritise and work within a fast-paced department
