Capgemini Engineering are looking for an Engagement Manager to be part of some exciting projects we have on. We are offering remote/hybrid working options across Scotland, England, and Wales.
We are looking for suitable candidates with the below:
-Has experience managing a large group of PLM professionals
-Involved in Presales, Delivery executive on key accounts
-Was accountable for financials, staffing performance and strategy of his group
-Has managed large deliveries including a wide portfolio of Siemens Technology (Teamcenter, Simatic, OpCenter, Tecnomatix, NX, Polarion, Mendix, Mindsphere etc)
-Has directed a PLM Practice with above 50-100 people
-Has been actively involved in large RFPs
We are looking for individuals who can consistently contribute to the successful delivery of projects with varying levels of complexity and ranging in size from small, medium, and large-scale. Consistency and accuracy in all work produced is highly desired for this role.
Salaries are negotiable depending on skills and experience
