This is a superb opportunity to join a well known firm in the Southampton area who are looking to strengthen their Family Law team.
This would suit someone with post qualification experience who is either seeking a new challenge or who may be feeling you cannot progress where you are currently.
You can expect to pick up a mixed caseload of majority privately funded work – Relating to Divorce, Finance, Childrens Matters, Pre and Post Nups but also some care enquiries come into the firm.
It's imnperative you have excellent written and oral communication skills , technically strong and able to show sensitivity in key moments. You should be able to give advocacy and handle your own caseload.
