I am excited to be working with a client based in Liverpool, known for their exceptional client care they are looking to appoint a Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their family law department. The offer free onsite parking, hybrid working, along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and great company perks.
You would be required to handle a wide variety of Family and Children law matters including both private and public, and to assist in building the Family Law portfolio. The successful candidate will ideally have Children Panel Accreditation, but this is not essential, however doing your own advocacy is a must.
Person Specification & Requirements
Experience in advising on a variety of Family matters.
Strong time-management and ability to manage own caseload.
Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge and experience of Legal Aid.
Genuine passion for family law.
Commercially minded.
Personable and confident/articulate communicator.
Pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude.
Own referral source would be advantageous.
Panel membership or working towards would be advantageous.
Knowledge and experience of Lexcel Compliance would be advantageous.
