Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world, with offices in over 40 key capital cities. Their London office is now ranked in 30 categories within the Legal 500 UK 2023. Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious legal Finance Solicitor to complement the existing team. The ideal Finance Solicitor candidate will be 2-4 years’ PQE and have previously worked within Aviation Finance, and also some or all of general banking and finance, real estate finance, and Islamic finance to work within a dynamic team.
Legal Finance Solicitor Role:
* Focusing on secured and unsecured financings and refinancings
* Sale and Leasebacks
* Operating and Finance lease agreements
* Trading
* Supply and maintenance services
* Private equity investments
* Restructurings
* Transaction and document management
* Complex drafting
* Client management
* Negotiation of transaction documents
* Active involvement in business development
Legal Finance Solicitor Skills & Requirements:
* Ideally 2-4 years’ PQE Solicitor, negotiable for the right candidate
* Previous experience in Aviation Finance essential
* Adaptable and proven capability to work under own initiative
* Attention to detail essential in document drafting
* Outstanding client management skills
* Previous experience in business development desirable
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to work well to deadlines
