Fire Safety Consultant

TSA Surveying are looking for a Fire Safety consultant to join a multi disciplinary compliance firm based in the south west. Our client are looking to expand the fire team with a new role to complete works on their new pipeline of work in the construction industry.
Our client have taken on a sizeable pipeline of work in London and the south east completing works on new build and refurb projects. These sites include residential and corporate buildings, including sites standing at 18m+. They are looking for an adaptable candidate that has had experience in working with construction, completing type 1-4 FRAs and other passive fire works. Along side this, we are looking for someone that is happy to use tech to take reports. Our client have their own bespoke template to take reports via an app based system.
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
* IFSM and/or IFE Membership
* Level 4 diploma from a relevant accredited board
* 3+ years experience with Fire Risk Assessments
* Prior experience within the construction sector
Salary is ranging from £45-60k depending on experience
