Graduate Planner Duties
* Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
* Conduct site appraisals and planning research
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
* Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes
* Support the team with planning policy reviews and development plan monitoring
Graduate Planner Requirements
* A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar (RTPI Accredited)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with good time management skills
* A team player eager to learn and contribute
* Full UK driving license
