Interesting in-house career change opportunity for Civil/Commercial Litigation Solicitors looking to do something different in Surrey.
You'll be joining a well established, specialist Insurance business as a key part of their wider Commercial Underwriting Division, providing Practical advice, attending client meetings/ events and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business. You'll work closely with Senior stakeholders and the wider Legal function to ensure key risks are mitigated on large scale projects.
Applications are invited from Litigation solicitors who have demonstrable experience of acting on Commercial disputes (which can include Prof Neg, Insolvency, Contract Disputes, Privacy/Data). Ideally you'll have c. 5 years experience as a UK qualified Solicitor or CILEx. Wider knowledge of Insurance, Underwriting, Delegated Authority etc is beneficial but not essential.
