Niche well established company based in Nottinghamshire is seeking an in-house solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE in civil or property litigation matters on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with strong technical ability and commercial awareness to join a very experienced team that handles civil litigation property matters. You will be handling a varied caseload in this very specialised area with the opportunity to be involved with future growth plans for the firm.

Responsibilities
Dealing with debt recovery matters
Landlord and tenant
Fast track and multitrack
Service charge disputes
Breaching terms of lease
Cost applications
Attending court proceedings
The Candidate
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in civil or property litigation matters
Commercially aware
Attention to detail is a key attribute
IT literate with the ability to operate a computer-based case management system
Able to explain complex matters in clear accessible language
Taking a proactive approach to with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential
Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on own initiative
Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
