About our client
They are a well-established civil engineering company specialising in road resurfacing and related infrastructure works. Known for their reliability and quality of service, they're now looking to strengthen their team with a motivated and organised Telesales & Admin Coordinator.
The Role
This is a varied role combining telesales, business development support, and general administration. You’ll play a key part in helping the business grow by ensuring quotes and leads are followed up efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively chase and follow up quotations and leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Support the sales and estimating teams with administrative tasks
Keep records updated and ensure all communications are logged accurately
Assist with general office duties as required
About You:
Confident, professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or admin (ideally within construction or civils, but not essential)
IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
