A unique opportunity has arisen for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Associate to join a well-established multi-award winning Law firm, looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own matters whilst also collaborating with a team for support. The successful candidate will possess a high level of emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Attention to detail and organisation skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload independently
Have a strong technical background, able to deal with complex matters in a fast-paced environment
Stay current on industry trends and changes in legislation
Maintain good working relationships with clients and referrers
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement
Strong understanding of regulations and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of success in Leasehold Enfranchisement matters
