Full Time, Legal Vacancy In Kent
This is a great opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join a leading law firm in Gravesend on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be joining a small but busy team in the accounts department, where you will be paying invoices, authorising payments and printing cheques.
Other Duties
Dealing with emails & phone calls from our other offices & printing any forms where necessary
Preparing the paying in (cheques & cash) & posting to the clients ledgers
Processing client bills
Processing Client to office transfers
Inputting & authorising paymentsTo be successful in this role it is essential you have experience working in an accounts team.
Hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
