Legal Contracts Manager
Part Time, Legal Vacancy In West Midlands (County)

Legal Contracts Manager – Full time or Part Time (3-4 days of 7.5 hours per day) – Hybrid working, at least one day in the office will be expected.
Client
A progressive and successful consultancy firm which offers international exposure.
Role
-Work closely with the Compliance manager but autonomously
-An opportunity to raise your profile with the UK Board through expert advice and managing effective stakeholder relationships
-Lead on the operation of a centralised contracts function.
-Ensure that contracts with clients, partners and sub-contractors in all national and international contexts are fit for purpose and mitigate risk to the business.
You
-A relevant professional qualification.
-A breadth and depth of contract management knowledge especially in the Governmental sector
-An understanding of key commercial drivers for driving greater value from contractual arrangements.
-Skilled in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Proven experience in both decision making in commercial and/or technical roles that have positively impacted on business performance
