Hours of work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Post Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA for a forward thinking, friendly law firm in Leeds.
This role is supporting 7 Partners across 2 different departments, 2 of which are Equity Partners, so the role would really suit someone from an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant background.
What you'll be doing:
Full diary management
Email management
Collation and sending out of client monthly reports
Undertaking regular billing /financial management relating to various clients
Preparation of draft emails and correspondence for approval
Typing reports, file notes and attendance notes
Complex document production and amendments
Opening and closing client files
Undertaking all money laundering compliance on new client inception
Undertaking all conflict check compliance on new matter inception
Filing and eFiling of incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
Preparation of expense claims
Undertaking all client filing management and archiving tasks
Updating Interaction with client contact details
Management of client data sites including uploading of documents and issuing invitations to third parties to access the site
Liaising with clients over phone, email and video
Organising meetings, travel arrangements etc
Travel booking for legal advisors
Preparing bundles and liaising with the court on occasion
What we'd like to see from you:
Previous experience as a Legal Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary
Ideally you will have experience supporting busy, Senior Partners
You'll work well in a friendly, fast-paced team
Fast and accurate typing
Passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional client service
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
