Legal PA to Managing Partner

The Firm
An established firm with multiple offices in London, Surrey and Middlesex are recruiting a Legal PA to support their Managing Partner.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will provide seamless, proactive and tailored support to the Managing Partner who specialises in Family law. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines and have a 'can do' attitude. Duties to include:
Preparing correspondence and documents using audio typing, work processing and/or digital dictation method
Preparing mail and enclosure for dispatch
Conducting copying, scanning and filing, both electronically and manually including use of Adobe Pro
Making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining up-to-date Outlook diary for the Managing Partner
Attending clients in both person and on the telephone to provide communication in a professional and friendly manner
Assisting with business needs on behalf of the Managing Partner and partnership documentationThis is a full time role, working Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Requirements
Must have significant experience in a similar PA/secretarial role with an understanding of Family Law
