Salary up to £24,000 per annum
We are working with a well-established Lexcel accredited law firm, who are seeking an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join their busy Family Law Department at their office in Balsall Common.
This position involves:
Supporting the Head of Department and Departmental Paralegal with a range of secretarial and administrative duties
Providing administrative support to Fee Earners in case preparation and legal matters
Dealing with clients in person and via telephone
Taking messages
General office duties
Ensuring compliance with SRA guidelinesSuitable candidates will have:
Previous legal secretarial experience, supporting a busy Family Law Department
A good working knowledge of MS Word including track changes and formatting of large documents
Fast, accurate audio and copy typing skills This is a full time permanent, office-based position, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
