Full Time, Legal Vacancy In Hertfordshire
Our client is looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding team located in a charming market town in Hertfordshire.
The role involves handling a diverse range of litigation cases, encompassing civil and commercial matters. Applications are welcome from solicitors with excess of 5 years PQE within a range of litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
Representing both claimants and defendants in various litigation areas, including:
Contentious probate
Contract disputes
Boundary disputes
Professional negligence
Landlord and tenant disputes
Partnership and shareholder disputes
Property and construction disputes
Insolvency & restructuringSalary: 50,000 – £65,000 per annum and an excellent benefits package is on offer including, a long-term hybrid working model.
