Clark James Insurance Recruitment currently have 3 exciting opportunities for experienced Litigators to join a leading law firm, this role will be part home part office based reporting into Bristol so you will need to live near enough for a visit or 2 a week to the office.
The roles available are
* SENIOR CONTRACT LITIGATOR
* PROPERTY LITIGATOR
* EMPLOYMENT LAWYER
The role
* You will be managing a varied caseload of disputes
* You will be taking initial instructions and providing clear and accurate legal advice. This will involve progressing claims pro-actively and in a timely manner
What we are looking for
* Experience of handling a caseload of property/contract or employment disputes.
* Experience of handling small claim and fast track litigation.
* Experience of looking after Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims would also be desirable but is not essential.
