Birchrose Associates have partnered with a reputable law firm in South Yorkshire seeking a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to start a role ASAP for 6 weeks in duration.
The Opportunity
Our client, a reputable, friendly practice is seeking a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist in the team due to an influx in workload. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role as soon as possible and will be on hand to assist for at least 6 weeks in duration.
The firm are happy to take someone on working 3 or 4 days per week, and flexible hours will be considered. This is an office-based role.
Responsibilities
The Locum would assume responsibility for covering a varied private family caseload. Duties to include:
Children matters
Divorce
Financial matters
Prenuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements

Attractive rate up to £50ph DOE
Requirements
Experience dealing with private family caseloads
Ability to hit the ground running and work self-sufficiently
Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week
