We have a brilliant opportunity for a Locum Residential Plot Sales Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a reputable firm in London, covering workload all of July.
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a friendly, boutique London practice to source a Locum Residential Plot Sales Solicitor or Legal Executive to cover holiday and workload throughout all of July.
The ideal locum will be looking to assist 4 or 5 days per week, however candidates seeking a different working pattern are welcome to apply. The firm will allow someone to work on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum will manage a busy caseload consisting of predominately residential plot sales. They will benefit from dedicated secretarial support.

Requirements
At least 7 years' experience as a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
Experience handling busy caseloads of residential property plot sales
Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
