This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the world of consultancy. My client, a boutique consultancy, are going to through an exciting phase of growth and looking to invest in a graduate Management Consultant.
The initial six months of the role will be office based where you will be conducting research and phone-based work to acclimatise yourself with management consultancy. Following this stage you will then become a fully fledged consultant spending more and more time on client site. With this in mind you must be fully flexible on travel and understand that in the future you might be away from home Monday to Thursdays. There is also the potential of overseas projects!
My client is extremely supportive. There is a strong exposure to training and development and an environment full of encouragement.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a university degree (preferably a 2.1 and above) and a minimum of six months of working within the business world (e.g. a placement).
