TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a nationally renowned Building Services Consultancy, who are looking to add an M&E surveyor to an existing survey of railway stations across the South West.
The role involves joining an ongoing survey of all railway stations and associated sites, in the South West of the UK, including lifecycle and condition surveys, commencing imminently and lasting approximately 3 months in duration.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using asset capture software on a portable tablet.
