TSA are currently recruiting for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to work nationally based from a Birmingham office, for the internal function of a nationally renowned Energy Management consultancy. The client provides energy assessors from their internal team to undertake surveys and produce EPC certificates and reports on behalf of end clients. The client also provides other services, including advising clients on methods to improve their EPC rating and providing advice on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards.
Due to an increased workload and an expansion of the Birmingham office team, the client is currently looking to recruit an individual to join the existing Non-Domestic Energy Assessment team and arrange and conduct non domestic energy surveys, constructing EPC certificates and reports in a range of environments within the Commercial, Public, and Retail sectors.
The client is looking to recruit a qualified Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor with a keen interest in their professional development, willing to train as a DEA if not already qualified, and interested in further training in retrofitting. The candidate should have good organisation skills and function well within a team environment. The ideal candidate would also have experience in using Designbuilder software and be a qualified DEA and OCDEA SAP assessor, however this is desirable and not essential.
We will ideally be looking for candidates who are qualified within the Non-Domestic Energy Assessment sector, capable of being self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload, while also operating competently within a team environment when required
